Hinterdeckel mit Stift-Lasche (ohne Stift), Außenrand mit schwarzgeprägter Lineal-Skalierung. 488 Seiten mit zahlreichen einfarbigen Abbildungen im Text und auf Tafelseiten (1 Frontispiz Wilhelm II.) sowie einer ausfaltbaren Übersicht: Diensteinkommen und Pensionsbeiträge der Offiziere. Frontispiz und Titelblatt sind am unteren Innenand leicht miteinander verklebt.
