M. gründete 1792 in Bern eine private Töchterschule und engagierte sich 1798-99 für die Kriegsgeschädigten der Innerschweiz. Er war mit Johann Kaspar Lavater und Johann Jakob Hess befreundet" (Histor. Lexikon der Schweiz). - Müslin trat unter anderem vehement gegen die französische Besetzung der Schweiz ein. - Zumal in dieser Vollständigkeit seltene Reihe, Band 7 + 8 aus dem Nachlaß ediert. - Einbände etwas berieben.
