Ausgestellt von der Fürstlich-Mecklenburgischen Regierung (unsigniert). Der Empfänger soll den Theologie-Studenten Levin Heinrich (hier geschrieben: Henrich) von Oldenburg examinieren. Laut einer Notiz des Empfängers fand das Examen am 11. Februar 1739 statt; auch seine spätere Wirkungsstätte Demen ("destiniret nach Dehmen") ist erwähnt. --- Levin Heinrich von Oldenburg war 1743-1757 Pfarrer an der Dorfkirche Demen. --- Mit großem papiergedeckten Siegel des Herzogs über dem Adressfeld; mit Notiz des Empfängers.
