Jeff is the science major, who invented a cell phone time machine and Tree is a business marketing major with a basketball scholarship and they bo…th shared the same dorm room. Now Tree partied so much that he didn't do his studies and lost his scholarship, now he needs money to finish college. Tree decided to test out Jeff's cell phone time machine without his consent and change three things in his life. (1) He will go to the future to get some winning lottery numbers to pay for his college tuition, (2) He will go back in time to change his high school grade point average. Tree has returned to the present and everything seems fine he's even on first name basis with the Dean of the colllege his grade point average is 4.0 and he won 50 million dollars and paid his college tuition in full. Now, Jeff has a problem with Tree, he upset because he told Tree that moving through time would alter history and current events, but, Tree don't care! Tree is still blinging celebrating his new found fortune. Tree throws a party and his old time arch basketball rival, Fly Short, who is a midget and is ranked the no# 2 All American in the country, averaging 51 points, 29 assists and 9 slam dunks in a game comes to the party, blinging and shining with over 50 of his groupies and flunkies. Fly has always competed against Tree from grade school, high school and now College. Tree is ranked the no# 1 All American basketball player in the country, averaging 52 points, 30 assists, and 10 slam dunks a game. Now while at the party, Tree has had more than enough to drink, he was drunk and talked to much to his arch basketball rival Fly Short about his new found fortune. Fly Short takes advantage of the situation and steals the cell phone time machine, because he want to win the college championship basketball game against Tree and be ranked the no# 1 all American basketball player in the country and finally beat Tree after all these years. Also, he has decided too, that after he wins the game, he's going to take over the world . Jeff and Tree realized the next day that the cell phone time machine is gone and Fly Short has stolen it!
