The front fep has a small penciled monogramed initial. There is a strip of binding webbing poking through between the title page and front fep. A couple of pages or so have a creased page corner. The interior is toned from age but generally clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing, grubbiness, or some kind of other minor imperfection.
