Foreword by Kate McAlpin Crady. The dust jacket is protected by a Brodart mylar cover and is not price clipped. Not an ex-library copy. No remainder marks. Most books shipped within 24 hours. All books mailed with Delivery Confirmation. The jacket has four small closed tears on the rear cover and light wear at the spine ends. The dust jacket spine panel is lightly sunned. Toning on front inside cover and front fly-leaf where an old newspaper article was laid in. Near fine condition in very good + dust jacket. The author was a native of Allen County, Kentucky prior to moving to Fort Worth, Texas after her marriage. Rebecca Smith Lee writes "it preserves .
