Darueber hinaus gibt es konkrete Anleitung fuer die Durchfuehrung eines Patch-Versuchs, die fuer Neulinge auf diesem Gebiet sehr hilfreich sein kann. Dieses Buch ist gut und nuetzlich gegliedert, so dass es auch zum Nachschlagen bei konkreten Problemen bei eigener Versuchsdurchfuehrung helfen kann. Es reisst recht knapp alle fuer diese Technik wichtigen Themen an; jedoch sind die Beschreibungen z.T. so kurz, dass einiges phyikalisches Hintergrundwissen zu ihrem Verstandnis noetig ist. Der Stil, in dem das Buch verfasst ist, hebt sich deutlich von vielen anderen trockenen Lehrbuechern ab und macht es unterhaltsam zu lesen. Dieses Buch ist als Einstieg fuer Neulinge auf dem Patch-Clamp-Sektor mit Hintergundwissen auf dem Gebiet der Elektrophysiologie sehr zu empfehlen. Für Patch-Clamp Einsteiger nur zu empfehlen!
