Copy number 'IV' of XLV copies printed on Velin Arches paper for Press subscribers and numbered in Roman style from a total edition limited to 195 copies; the other 150 copies were printed on Magnani Velata Avorio paper with Arabic numerals. The typeface is Monotype Walbaum, both roman and italic, with Old Dutch added to the title page.
