His experimental research initiated the introduction into the therapy of pharmaceutical preparations Veramon (analgesic), Vasano (antiemetic) and Ferrostabil (antianaemic). Emil Starkenstein died in 1942 (Konzentrationslager Mauthausen) as the victim of Holocaust."
