Sin embargo, la realidad contemporanea plantea un desafi…o mayor: comprender que la diversidad humana no se limita a la discapacidad, sino que constituye una caracteristica inherente de toda persona.Este libro nace de esa conviccion, construida a partir de dos escenarios que han marcado mi trayectoria: mi experiencia como estudiante y mi recorrido como empresario dedicado al sector de la inclusion educativa. Ambos me han permitido observar que, aunque las politicas educativas han progresado en la atencion de estudiantes con discapacidades fisicas, cognitivas y sensoriales, aun existe una amplia poblacion cuyas diferencias permanecen invisibles dentro de los sistemas educativos tradicionales.Estudiantes con altas capacidades, talentos excepcionales, creatividad sobresaliente, pensamiento divergente, inteligencias diversas, ritmos particulares de aprendizaje y multiples formas de comprender el mundo enfrentan barreras que no provienen de sus limitaciones, sino de sistemas disenados para responder a un modelo uniforme de estudiante. En muchos casos, la exclusion no ocurre por deficit, sino por la incapacidad institucional para reconocer y potenciar las fortalezas individuales.Esta obra amplia el concepto de inclusion educativa desde una perspectiva multidisciplinaria, transversal y sistemica.
