Lee Falk created The Phantom in 1936 as a daily newspaper strip and is still published today as a Sunday strip. The Phantom's character design was influential on the modern stylized image of the superhero in tight fitting body suits and masks, a few years later adopted by Bob Kane for "Batman" and Joe Shuster for "Superman." 24.75 x 29.75 inches. Das [2.2]Paracyclophanmolekül weist eine einzigartige Strukt…ur auf und bietet die Möglichkeit über verschiedene Substitutionsmuster definierte Abstände zweier Funktionalitäten zu erreichen, wodurch einzigartige, effektive und planar-chirale Katalysatorsysteme erzeugt werden können.Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Arbeit liegt in der Synthese und Entwicklung neuer Phosphanstrukturen auf Basis von [2.2]Paracyclophan. Die hier vorgestellten neuen Phosphanliganden wurden in diversen palladiumkatalysierten Kreuzkupplungen untersucht. Speziell die Kreuzkupplung von sterisch anspruchsvollen und desaktivierten Arylchloriden mit Amiden konnte erstmals effizient unter Anwendung eines neuen pseudo-geminal substituierten Bisphosphanliganden realisiert werden. Zum Verständnis unterschiedlicher Katalysatoraktivitäten wurden umfassende Strukturuntersuchungen der Katalysatorkomplexe und detaillierte kinetische Analysen durchgeführt. Auf dieser Grundlage wurde ein neuer modifzierter Phosphanligand entwickelt, der eine hohe elektronische Ambivalenz der Donorzentren aufweist, woraus eine sehr hohe katalytische Aktivität in der untersuchten Kreuzkupplung resultiert. Weiterhin wurde erstmals die palladiumkatalysierte Synthese von Diarylthioethern mit Thioharnstoff als H2S-Surrogat realisiert. Mit dem kommerziellen Liganden Xantphos gelang über diese Methode die Synthese von Diarylthioethern in exzellenten Ausbeuten. Chirale bifunktionelle Thioharnstoffderivate erwiesen sich im Bereich der Organokatalyse als sehr effizient zur Durchführung enantioselektiver Transformationen. Im Rahmen dieser Doktorarbeit wurden neue bifunktionelle, planar-chirale Thioharnstoffkatalysatoren mit pseudo-ortho und pseudo-geminalem Substitutionsmuster enantiomerenrein synthetisiert und in verschiedenen asymmetrischen Transformationen evaluiert. 234 pp. Deutsch.
