A little chipping at the top of the spine which also has a one inch tear at the bottom. The front cover has a three inch crease to the top corner where there is a half inch closed tear and the rear cover has a four inch by half inch piece torn from the bottom corner and a little discolouration but otherwise the covers are unmarked. Pages slightly browned with a little yellow spotting at the front and back and a one inch closed tear to the bottom edge of one page but otherwise generally unmarked. Cover illustration by Lawrence.
