Laid in is a six page advertisement for the book, and includes a "Raison d'être" statement from the editor compiler and a summary of the books contents. This volume is lavishly illustrated with color and black-and-white images. Five pictures do not do this book justice. Thick, stamped (faux) leather/cloth over boards, 488 pp. Approx. 9.25" x 12.5" x 3", with a top gilt edge. Good Condition. Please examine photos closely. Wear, aging, soiling to covers.
