He Then Worked For The Boston Evening Transcript, And From 1894 The "Boston Journal", And Was In Guildhall [Essex County, Vermont], Son Of Judge Charles E. And Was A Member Of The Papyrus Club, A Literary Society. He Piloted The Dartmouth Entry In The 1911 Intercollegiate Balloon Race; A. Leo Stevens, "Prominent In Aero-Planing And Ballooning Circles", Acted As Referee And As Starter Of The Race. Benton'S Ballooning Scrapbook Is In The Smithsonian National Air And Space Museum. O. L. Stevens May Be The Bicycle Racer Active Nationally About That Time.
