Text block edges are somewhat grimy. Shelf rubbed overall. Previous owner's name and a couple of tiny stamps on the front endpapers. Inside pages are clean and unmarked, with some toning mostly along edges. Presents better than it sounds. A Swedish edition of Frederick Marryatt's 1840 novel Poor Jack. Illustrated with black and white engravings. No. 69 of the publisher's Ungdomens Bibliotek.

Lower board shows soil. Shelf rubbed overall. Previous owner's name on the front endpaper. Inside pages have occasional staining and soil and toning to the edges.
