Some light spotting to the covers. Cloth chipped bottom of the spine. Front hinge is broken and the cover loose but attached. Light scattered foxing to the contents. Map is lightly foxed, creased, and split on the blank edge with no loss of content. According to the Preface this directory is based on data collected from the 1851 census.
