Very good in good dustjacket with some light soiling and a few small professionally closed tears ($ price intact). An important and early study of the philosophy of the Nazis, some years before the full ramifications of the system b…ecame apparent. Kneller made many trips to Germany to the study the National Socialist educational system and the theories that underpinned it--the theorists ranging from crackpots to deeply sincere believers in the mystical union of blood and soil, folk and state. This copy is inscribed on the title-page: "To D___/with reserved/respect and appreciation/of his friendship/ George/ Yale, 1948". This heavy book will cost more to send overseas, than any default postage rate noted.
