The covers are worn on edges and at corners, moderate soil. Gilt on spine still bright. The contents are clean and complete in a good binding. There is a 2 inch closed tear on map starting at gutter that has been repaired on blank verso with clear archival tape. *** 8.75 inches tall by 6 inches.

Printed by Wynkoop & Hallenbeck in New York. The title page varies somewhat from AAS 195009 as it also lists as publishers B. R. Sturges of Boston and Schuyler Smith of London and Prescott, Ontario. Also, that entry shows 3 folding plates, not 4.
