There is another note on the third page in pen, but otherwise the book is free of any personal markings. There are however several dusty smudges throughout the book, showing that it has definitely been used before. Some of the pages are also slightly ripped. None of this takes away from the reading experience.\Overall it is a very acceptable copy.
