Quattro pagine, l'ultima bianca (22x32 cm). Datum del 29 novembre 1576, ma l'edizione di questa Declaratio sembra essere una ristampa settecentesca.

Otto pagine, le ultime due bianche (20x28 cm). Largo margine a destra con note. Sottoscrizione del 7 maggio 1576. Ma l'edizione è probabilmente assai più tarda. Il più alto grado di direzione del commercio del cibo a Roma e negli Stati Pontifici (Prefetto dell'Annona) viene affidato a Andrea Spinola. "E' solo durante il pontificato di Gregorio XIII (1572-1585) che con la formalizzazione della Prefettura dell'Annona 9 si ebbe anche la costruzione del primo granaio pubblico della capitale. Infatti, tra i principali attributi del nuovo Prefetto, monsignor Andrea Spinola, figurava ora anche l'esclusiva per l'acquisto di grano in tutto lo Stato al preciso scopo di dotare la città di una scorta alimentare costante." (Enrico Da Gai: I granari dell'Annona).

In folio piegato in due (27 cm); quattro pagine. Iniziale E xilografica. Documento datato 11 febbraio 1584: questa è ristampa del 1627. Peraltro è lo stesso documento presente in sbn (Biblioteca Nazionale di Roma), mentre non vi è riscontro del documento del 1584.

4 pp in 8vo (26 cm), l'ultima bianca; capolettera E inciso. Ristampa del decreto papale del 1575 (quindi senza stemma papale) che riguarda Villeneuve d'Avignon. La riscossione delle decime da parte dell'ordine dei Certosini dava spesso origine a tumulti. Viene accettata la possibilità di deroghe ai pagamenti.

Otto pagine, la seconda bianca (20x28 cm). Stemma papale al frontespizio. L'edizione originale è del 1574; ma su questa datata 1583 ( e non repertoriata nelle bibliografie) resta il dubbio che sia in realtà del Settecento. Vengono stabiliti i criteri di edificazione e di urbanistica in Roma.

Quattro pagine (20x29 cm), l'ultima bianca. Stemma papale tra titolo e testo. Sebbene somigli molto alla copia conservata anche alla Nazionale di Roma (vedi MagTeca.Iccu), per tipo di caratteri di stampa e per le caratteristiche della carta sembra più essere una ristampa settecentesca. Della quale peraltro non ci sono riferimenti bibliografici-.

Manifesto (29x40 cm). Stemma papale tra statue di S. Pietro e S. Paolo, tra titolo e testo. Iniziale xilografica A. Bolla riaffermata contro le "raccomandazioni": cioè contro chi prometteva grazie e interventi assolutori presso la Santa Sede.

Manifesto (31x43 cm). Stemma papale tra le effigi xilografiche si San Pietro e San Paolo. Data di emanazione: Roma, 5 gennaio 1584 (nel testo 1583, secondo lo stile dell'incarnazione al modo fiorentino). Ma la data di stampa viene riportata ad almeno il 1589, quando iniziò l'attività della tipografia della Camera Apostolica, fino al 1594 sotto la direzione di Paolo Blado.

Manifesto (28x40 cm). Stemma papale tra titolo e pesto; capolettera xilografico Q. I francescani (uomini e donne) non devono risolvere i contrasti rivolgendosi ai tribunali ordinari.

"La prosperità familiare consentì al M. di intraprendere una promettente carriera ecclesiastica con l'acquisto delle cariche venali di abbreviatore apostolico (1560) e di protonotario (1567). Nell'aprile 1572 ottenne l'importante ufficio, anch'esso venale, di chierico della Camera apostolica. In questa veste assunse anche alcune funzioni di un certo rilievo amministrativo, come quella di presidente delle Strade e presidente delle Carceri. Infine nel 1578, durante il pontificato di Gregorio XIII, acquistò per 60.000 scudi l'ufficio di auditor Camerae, che lo pose al vertice dell'amministrazione della giustizia a Roma e aprì la strada a più alti onori." 4. Mechliniae (Mechelen), P.J. Hanicq, 1846, in-4°, 26 x 18,5 cm, lxxx + 586 pp, index, entirely printed in red & black, with some wood engraved capitals. Contains in the introduction the treatise on Roman Martyriology by Caesar Baronius. (In Latin). Contemporary black sheepskin, all edges gilt, smooth gilt decorated back. Binding with slight wear but a nice copy.
