These subject areas include specialty categories such as hoop skirts, confectionary, hair jewelry, picture frames and looking glasses, patent law and many others. One section, which promotes McVickers Theatre, deals with Comedy in Chicago. Relating to printing trades are separate sections promoting businesses for line engraving, lithography, book binding, and illustration.
