Dazu wird die Individualisierung und das Sozialverhalten und die damit inbegriffenen Interaktionen der SuS vorgestellt. Dies mündet in einem Überblick der Lernkooperationen in einer Klasse. Parallel wird die Geschichte und Methodik der TZI vorgestellt und ein Einblick ihrer Praxiswirkung gegeben. Für diesen Vergleich wurde eine Berufsfachschulklasse aus der Friedrich-List-Schule in Lübeck ausgewählt, die ich in der Baseline mit einem Unterricht ohne TZI und in der Post Messung, sieben Wochen später, mit einem Unterricht auf Basis der TZI gefilmt wurde.Zur Analyse der beiden Unterrichte wurde ein Kodier-Manual, basierend auf den vier Pfeilern der TZI, erstellt und jeder der SuS und die Lehrkraft kodiert.
