Papierbedingt leicht gebräunt. - Ludwig Hamann ist 1867 in Schwerin geboren, war Buchhändler, Antiquar und Verleger in Leipzig, aber auch Autor, wobei er gelegentlich zwei Pseudonyme benutzte: Xanthip-pos und Spielmann. Seine Leipziger Firma mußte er 1909 liquidieren. Dann war…er Redakteur in Stargard, lebte seit 1924 bis zu seinem Tode als Journalist und Schriftsteller in Berlin. Die Vorlage zu unserem Reprint ist ein Exemplar der dritten Auflage, das aus dem Besitz von Emil Treufeldt stammt, der im Jahre 1878 die Buchhandlung Treufeldt in Dorpat (Estland) gründete, die er später nach Pernau (zwischen Reval und Riga) verlegte. Von ihm übernahm Oscar Nogobod die Buchhandlung, die er nach der Umsiedlung der Baltendeutschen in Leslau (Warthegau") weiterführte. Nach dem Kriege konnte er sie in Gießen 1945 wiedereröffnen. 1948 trat der jetzige Inhaber Edmund Nagel in die Firma ein und übernahm sie 1953. So gelangte das Bändchen durch alle Fährnisse in seinen Besitz. Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 550 Fadengehefteter Originalpappband.
