Ex-library with the decorative bookplat…e dated Nov. 1888 of the oldest library building in the United States (Sturgis Library, Barnstable, MA), from whom this book was acquired. Half-title and verso of rear map foxed. Spine faded and light edgewear top and bottom of spine. Minimal library markings (no pocket). Boards are clear and bright. A very attractive book in very good condition detailing Christian activities in Eastern Equatorial Africa.
