Copenhagen und dem Fotografenstempel Jonals Co., 4 recto «Jonals Co.» signiert. - Verso in Bleistift beschriftet HE & VL 28-32 sowie 1018a, 1068 1-4. - Die Batteriefirma Hellesens wurde 1889 gegründet und in selben Jahr stieg Valdemar Ludvigsen mit ein. Ludvigsen übernahm 1906 die Firma unter den Namen A/S Hellesens Enke & V. Ludvigsen, die später unter Duracell bekannt war. - Jonals Co. war ein dänisch Fotografenkollektiv, 1926 gegründet von Hermann Alfred Georg Nielsen (1881-1947), der sich Herman Bente nannte, der Firmennamen leitet sich aus den Vornamen seiner Söhne Jan und Jol ab, tätig in Industrie-, Architektur-, Mode- und Werbefotografie. - 2000/2001 wurde eine Jonals Co.-Ausstellung im Holsterbro Kunstmuseum gezeigt.
