Note: all the pages are here, but the imposition was screwy "A Hungary deprived by most of her Counties and extending from Budapest to Debreczen and to Szeged would be a state equal to Albania or montenegro; a Hungary divided by the outposts of the late and of a possibly coming Russian advance would be no more of a bulwark of Western civilization; the Hungarian state has a moral furdwest perhapst [sic] the strongest on the Continent and she has the guarantee and the promist to frustrate all intentions to throw her into servitude and to not be again and not to remain for ever, as she always was, a free nation." - p.28. Horvath was a professor of modern history at the Academy of Laws and Politics in Nagyvarad, Hungary. Very scarce.
