This is a First Edition, larger style hardcover book with 444 pages including many photos. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. There are a couple of pages that show a faint, small check mark next to the name of someone in this division and there is a name written on the top of the first end paper. The pages are otherwise clean with no soiling or tears. The copyright page states 1946 First Edition with no other dates or printings shown. The gray cloth covers have green lettering with black paw prints and a howling wolf illustration on the bottom corner. The covers show just a hint of edgewear and the corners are a bit bumped. This old book looks and feels great! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!
