First Edition
First edition. A rare illustrated account of the life and death of Louise Marie Thérése Charlotte Isabelle, the first Queen of Belgium. She lived from 1812-1850. Eight engraved plates by H. Hendrickx. This copy has been re-assembled, with the front and rear illustrated covers tipped onto yellow card, and with a black cloth spine. The whole has been protected under clear acetate. The text block is in excellent condition, with clean and tidy plates. There are no copies available to purchase at the time of cataloguing. Text in French. 79 pages. 27.5cm x 18.5cm. Conforms to WorldCat / OCLC: 1084559005. This shows only two library holdings. .
