In acceptable+ condition. Illustrated paper covers have light bumping and creasing to edges and corners and moderateove overall scuffing and soiling with a bit of the color scuffed off along edges and spine. Binding tight (staple bound). Insect damage to the bottom corners of the half-title and title pages. Otherwise pages are lightly aged but unmarked. Catalog published to accompany an exhibition at the China House Gallery, showcasing 40 examples of k'o-ssu (silk tapestry) from the 6th to the 19th centuries. The exhibited works were sourced from both private and museum collections, highlighting the intricate artistry and historical significance of this Chinese textile tradition.
