Being the first two volumes under this general title. The work features heliographs from photographs by Otto Schmidt. The first volume is sub-titled Malerische Innenraume (picturesque interiors); the second Architektur und Kunstgewerbe. The heliographs are of fine quality, printed on fine paper which has been laid-on the leaves. There is some water-staining and foxing, affecting the leaves but not the photographs. Later volumes were added to this series but these volumes are complete in themselves.…
