The author argues that Christian dogma has historically emphasized an artificial and unsustainable uniformity, and that true Christian unity is possible in a flexible framework that allows for the diversity of forms found in the real world. The book examines biblical and historical sources to build its case, and concludes by offering a vision of true Christian unity that is inclusive, diverse, and dynamic. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.

Add to basketPaperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book explores the history of scientific thought and philosophy and their interrelationship with one another. The author argues that modern science, which posits that physical force is the final tenet, has disregarded the fundamentally spiritual nature of Being. The author argues that this philosophical materialism is simply an extension of the scientific method, which prioritizes sensory information to such a degree that more abstract notions become unknowable. Instead, the author suggests looking within the mind itself, which can observe its own processes and thus lead to a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of Being. By doing so, the author argues that we can rediscover and affirm the importance of God, creation, and other abstract notions that have been neglected by modern science. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
