Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. An original 1902 edition, not a reprint. This was a Naval Hospital Library book and has some marks on the endpapers and spine. It covers the early postmasters' stamps, as well as the government-issued stamps from 1847 to 1901, along with carriers' stamps, and other special stamps and printings. Good overall condition. Some wear from handling along the edges, spine, and binding, but the pages look great!
