From the library of Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., and inscribed to him and his wife Mary Lee by Eugenia Rawls and Donal Seawell, founder of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and The Denver Post. Fairbanks (1909-2000) was an iconic American actor from Hollywood's Golden Era (his credits include "Gunga Din"), and a highly decorated naval officer of World War II.

No dust jacket. Presumed First Edition. Inscription to the third free page: "To Gloria Zurkow, who helped me so much in issuing 'Delaware Poems' - Gilbert Byron - December 7, 1943". Follows in a different hand: "Edna B. Byron". Edna was Gilbert Byron's wife, also the painter of the frontispiece. Signed by Author(s). Book.
