Eyre and William Spottiswoode; London. There are four pages of specifications, and one folding blueprint at the back. Condition: There are bits of paper missing at the top-right corner and left edge of the back cover, and at the right edge of the back cover. The patent is bound by two staples at the left edge. There are a few small foxing spots at the bottom of the pages. Small tears/bits missing at the upper-outer page corners. The folding blueprint at the back has detached, and has a 1.5" tear at a bottom corner, and a small bit missing at a top corner. Overall in Fair condition.
