Front wrap split along front joint but still attached. Light to moderate toning and scattered foxing to wraps. Contents are advice to returning Civil War Soldiers.

Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. First edition. Buff printed wrappers. 14pp. A bookplate on the inside front wrap, a faint vertical crease, and a little age-toning, else near fine. Kirk on the dilemma of dealing with the newly freed African slaves.
