It was her married name, her second husband was SYDNEY KITCAT. COPAC gives only 3 locations - BL, Bodleian and University of Kent. In all cases, the date of publication is given in the 1920s?, thus the inscription above settles the date as 1911. Trenchant verses, very amusing.
