Raised gilt spine. Very interesting set of rules (ordinances) pertaining to the government of the city of Kortrijk. Signed in print by de Bergeyck. At the end is printed a 18 pp table which lists exhaustively the town's income from taxes, accises, rents etc. , listed per year for the 10 year period 1694-1703.
