Hierfür soll zuerst ein Überblick über die Felder 'Innovation Education' und 'stressbedingte Krankheitsbilder' gegeben werden. Die Fragestellung lautet: 'Wie kann Innovation Education zur Ausbildung von künftigen Fachkräften auf dem internationalen Arbeitsmarkt beitragen und zugleich Krankheitsbilder, die zum Ausscheiden führen, beeinflussen ' Anschließend werden Modelle und Konzepte vorgestellt und mögliche Einflüsse auf die Arbeitskraft herausgefiltert.Heutzutage wird in den Medien immer wieder von Arbeits- beziehungsweise Fachkräftemangel berichtet. Aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse zeigen jedoch, dass dies bisher nicht der Fall ist. Dennoch führen dynamische Prozesse der Wirtschaft, so wie die demographische Entwicklung, langfristig betrachtet in Richtung einer Angebotsknappheit von Fachkräften, vor allem im hochqualifizierten Bereich.
