Corners are rounded and worn, with cloth worn away. Inside front cover has a name and address of a previous owner in blue crayon. Pages have some staining or spotting, and some have foxing. Book has a foldout map of the Railroad Townships in the State of Ohio. Most maps are hand-colored. Binding is split before last two pages, and the last two pages are loose. Book is in acceptable condition. 16.5 by 14.5 inches, 4.8 lbs. ; Folio 13" - 23" tall.
