Condition: Neu. Hrsg. von Reinhard Lauer in Zusammenarbeit mit Alexander Graf und Matthias Rammelmeyer. Rammelmeyer hat mit seiner Dissertation über die russische Fabel im 18. Jahrhundert einen der produktivsten Forschungszweige der deutschen Slavistik eröffnet. Aus diesem Umkreis bringt der Band zwei Studien. Das zweite große Arbeitsgebiet Rammelmeyers war die Dostoevskij-Forschung. Obgleich Rammelmeyer die geplante Dostoevskij-Monographie nicht vollenden konnte, geben die in dem Band versammelten 13 Dostoevskij-Studien Einblick in die philologisch überaus genaue, ideengeschichtlich und komparatistisch bestimmte Sichtweise Rammelmeyers. Weitere Arbeitsgebiete Rammelmeyers, aus denen mehrere Beiträge enthalten sind, waren die deutsch-slavische Wechselseitigkeit, die Themen- und Motivforschung, sowie die orthodoxe Geistigkeit. Aus dem Nachlass Rammelmeyers werden vier bisher unbekannte Arbeiten für diese Edition erschlossen. Alle Texte wurden in der Schreibweise der russischen Namen und Wörter vereinheitlicht.
