Only 2 works by this Elizabethean poet are known to survive, andboth are printed in this attractively designed volume which attempts to be as close to the original publication of "Chloris" as modern typography permits. "Chloris" which consists of 53 poems, 49 of them sonnets, was originally published in 1596, but only 2 copies remain - the other poems only exist in original manuscript form. Edited and with an introduction by Lawrence Sasek. Fine in a price-clipped, but otherwise fine, dj.
