A dispetto del titolo il primo libro tratta piuttosto di storia greca. Carta leggermente brunita, e margine superiore corto; ma nel complesso un buon esemplare. Giusto Lipsio (1547 - 1606) è stato un filosofo, umanista e filologo fiammingo, apprezzato e noto come filosofo del diritto.
