Considerable stains on the cover, plus two small punch holes at extreme left that go through the publication (presumably for being included in some sort of binding). That aside, the pamphlet is quite nice, and sturdy. Provenance: Library of Congress, with their surpl…us stamp on the inside front cover. __+__ I'm not sure but this seems to be an accounting for what would be the return (?!) of monies spent by Australian soldiers at canteens during WWI. Unusual to my experience. __+__ WorldCat locates only ONE copy (Australian War Memorial).
