Maybe we shouldn't be too hard on him. He was in San Francisco for only a short time but made quite an impression (not altogether favorable) which was remembered for a long time.'' The inside pages are bright and look unmarked. The map illustration and other illustrations are all present, however one of the illustrations is bound out of order from what is stated at the illustrations contents page.
