First Edition
Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. (Florida) Lowe, Earl. "Bumpkin on the Campus". No publisher or place of publication is listed. Mimeograph. Probably a self-published work. 11"x 8", 29 lvs (unnumbered) from typed originals. Bound with brass gathers. Stiff-ish covers that are brittle to the touch and in FAIR condition at best. The interior/text is VG. [++] No copies are listed in WorldCat and the only thing that surfaces online is one hit on copyright entries for 1940. Provenance: Library of Congress Pamphlet Collection. This is the story of a "rustic youth from the backwoods of south Florida" going off to school at a state college. I can't speak to this one at all, except that it seems not to be anywhere else beyond my desk, and so I'm offering it out as a piece of South Floridiana.
