Pencil names on endpps, 110pp text crisp and clean save for one small spot in the margins of opposing leaves. Profusely and gorgeously illustrated in pencil by 'Cavesson'. Depicts the Native breeds of the British Isles and Iceland, details care and horsemanship with beautiful and detailed images. Unclipped original dust wrapper is sunned and soiled with a chip at head of spine that wraps around to both gutters and a chip out of the rear upper tip at flap fold. Tiny chips at tips, cover panel grubby but now in new mylar and displays ok. Author was editor of 'Pony'.
