Kein Einband. Condition: Gut. Drei Briefe Schwerin 1662-1674 an Stadtvogt Stemwede in Lübz, u.a. vom Herzog Christian I. Mecklenburg --- Drei Schreiben aus Schwerin, jeweils gerichtet an den Stadtvogt Joachim Stemwede in Lübz. Vorhanden sind zwei Schreiben des Herzogs Christian I. von 1662, betreffend einen Stifts-Bericht und eine inhibition sowie den Maurer Levin Krossen. Das dritte Schreiben von 1674 stammt von einem Johann Reckentrop und behandelt empfangene Kanzleigelder. Schwerin 1662-1674 Deutsche Handschriften auf Papier (ca. 32,5 x 19,5 cm), datiert Schwerin, den 4. und 26. Februar 1662 sowie den 4. Juni 1674. --- Zustand: Papier stärker gebräunt und fleckig, teils etwas schadhaft, gebräunt, mit leichten Randschäden. Die herzoglichen Siegel sind nur noch fragmentarisch vorhanden.

Kein Einband. Condition: Gut. Schuldbrief Lübz 1665, Schuster Frantz Nyhuß der Jüngere leiht sich Geld von Kirche Schuld- und Hypothekenbrief Lübz 1665 --- Handschriftlicher Schuldbrief des Schusters Frantz Nyhuß d.J. in Lübz, der sich von den Kirchenvorstehern Heinrich Tisch (?) und Hanß Betke 20 Gulden aus dem Vermögen der Kirche leiht. Als Sicherheit verpfändet Nyhuß Güter und Ackerland. Mit eigenhändiger Signatur ("Frantz Näyhuß der Junger mein eigen Handt"). Rückseitig Inhaltsangabe ("Frantz Nyhuß der Jünger obligation á 20 fl auf Martini 1665") und spätere Anmerkung: "Dießes Unerpfandt hat Er auffm Herbst 1679 Martini wegen der Zinßen der Kirche abgetreten." Nyhuß konnte also das Geld nicht zurückzahlen und musste die gepfändeten Güter der Kirche abtreten. Lübz 1665 Deutsche Handschrift auf Papier (33,5 x 20 cm), datiert Lübz, Martini 1665. --- Zustand: Etwas fleckig, mit kleinen Einrissen in der Falz.
