8vo. Orange cloth lettered black. pp 216. Frontis and 3 illustrations by aviation artist Howard Leigh. Juvenile novel. No date (1936). Spine slightly creased and very slightly rubbed otherwise very good or better. Neat name and date on front endpaper.

Condition: Very Good. First edition. Hardback. Octavo. 216pp. Original cloth slightly edge rubbed and slightly mottled, spine slightly faded, otherwise very good. Ink name to pastedown. No dust jacket.

A clean and crisp hardback copy in the publisher's original attractive pictorial dust jacket, which is clean and fresh and in very good condition. Undated, but 1936. There is some foxing to the fore edge, and a previous owner's name and the date (1937) remain in the top right-hand corner of the front free endpaper, but overall this is a very good hardback copy. The clean and bright dust jacket, which is protected by a non-adhesive transparent sleeve, has a small amount of loss where the head of the spine meets the lower cover, but overall is in very good condition. All 4 illustrations are present and correct. This fresh and attractive hardback volume will be properly packed.
