Strengthening International Health Regulations 2005 by further action by UN Security Council, Conference on Disarmament and the World Trade Organization considered. The World has gone crazy with a new epidemic of complex State-sponsored conflicts, with potential for access to biological, chemical, nuclear and other weapons of mass destructions by crazy people. Disease outbreaks have negative impact on international trade. One of the early beneficiaries of this program was Barack Obama Sr., who would marry during his American residency, and ultimately sire his legendary namesake. With growing popularity, power and a pan-African vision, the promising 38 year old was assassinated in broad daylight. News of his assassination would spur riots throughout Kenya, as the beloved young statesman who was chiefly responsible for Kenya gaining independence, was now the victim of an assumed politically-motivated assassination.
