Medorem advises his brothers to come to Oregon and gives them specific instructions such as what to acquire for the overland journey: cattle,…a "good young mule," etc., and not to start with less than $75. Rather scarce little booklet. Fine.

Front cover has a small spot, however pages are very clean and complete. Binding is tight.
